Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any module or service from Celorixs.

Module Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day module exchange guarantee. Customers may exchange a purchased module for another module available on our store, provided that the purchased module has not been downloaded.

Refund requests will not be accepted once the module has been downloaded.

If the replacement module costs less than the originally purchased module, the remaining balance amount will not be refunded.

Technical Issues

If a customer faces any serious issue after installing our module, we may require:

  • Admin Access
  • FTP Access
  • Database Access

Please note that Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer access is not allowed.

Customers should not purchase our modules if they are unwilling to provide the required technical access details for troubleshooting purposes.

If we are unable to resolve an issue caused directly by our module, we may offer a replacement module. Refund requests will not be accepted in such cases.

Replacement Conditions

Before requesting a replacement, the customer must completely remove the module/product from their server and domain and confirm the same via email.

Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to test the module on their store. After this period, no replacement request will be considered.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully review the module description, compatibility, features, screenshots, and demo before making a purchase.

No refund or replacement request will be accepted if:

  • The customer does not like the design or functionality
  • The module does not meet assumed expectations
  • The customer misunderstood the module features
