License Policy

  • A single purchase of any module grants you a license to use the module on one store only.

  • If you have a multi-store website, even when:

    • using the same OpenCart / PrestaShop / Magento installation, or

    • using the same domain name,

    you are required to purchase a separate license for each store.

  • If you wish to purchase multiple licenses, you may contact us through our contact form for a custom quotation.

  • Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of our products without written permission is strictly prohibited.


Refund & Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 10-day module exchange guarantee under the following conditions:

    • The purchased module has not been downloaded.

    • The customer wishes to exchange it for another module available on our store.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted once the module has been downloaded.

  • If the replacement module costs less than the originally purchased module, the remaining balance amount will not be refunded.

  • Customers are requested to carefully review:

    • module descriptions,

    • features,

    • compatibility,

    • screenshots,

    • and demo versions

    before making a purchase.

  • Refund or replacement requests will not be accepted if:

    • the customer does not like the module design,

    • expected different functionality,

    • or misunderstood the features mentioned in the description.


Technical Issue Resolution

  • If a customer faces a serious issue after installing our module, the following access details may be required for troubleshooting:

    • Admin Panel Access

    • FTP Access

    • Database Access

  • Please note:

    • Remote Desktop access,

    • AnyDesk,

    • or TeamViewer sessions are not allowed.

  • Customers should not purchase our modules if they are unwilling to share the required technical access credentials when necessary for issue investigation.

  • If we are unable to resolve an issue caused directly by our module, we may offer a module replacement.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted in such cases.


Replacement Eligibility

Before requesting a replacement:

  • The customer must completely remove the module/product from their domain and server.

  • Confirmation of removal must be provided via email.

  • Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to test the module on their store.

  • After the 10-day period expires, no replacement request will be considered.


Support Policy

  • Customers will receive:

    • Free module updates for one year from the date of purchase.

    • Free technical support only during the active support period.

  • Any customization, additional development, or feature modification request will be charged separately.

  • Customers may extend their support period at any time.

  • We recommend selecting a preferred support plan during purchase to avail discounted support pricing.


Compatibility & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying module compatibility with their:

    • platform version,

    • theme,

    • third-party modules,

    • and server environment before purchase.

  • Although we strive to maintain maximum compatibility, we cannot guarantee conflict-free operation with all third-party customizations or modules.


Intellectual Property

  • All modules, designs, source code, content, branding, and related assets available on Celorixs remain the intellectual property of the company.

  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products and services implies acceptance of the latest version of these policies.
